  • After one day, change water of olives. Keep first water of olives inside a jar.
  • Then, every two days change water of olives, during two weeks.
  • After that add first water of olives inside it. By this way, you can keep olives for long period of time.
  • Serve it by adding oil, salt and lemon.

3- Oil Salted Olives

  • Put 1 kg black olives inside a plastic bottle.
  • Add 2 spoons of salt and 2 spoons of flower oil.
  • Close the bottle.
  • Every week, smootly shake bottle to keep olives wet.
  • In close position, keep it 3 months until getting darken and wrinkled olives.
  • Serve it directly.

4- Dry Salted Olives

  • Put 1kg black olives inside a plastic bottle.
  • Add 125 gr salt.
  • Close bootle.
  • You will see water inside bottle. Pour it every week. By this way, you will fasten the wrinkling process of olives.
  • One months later, you can eat olives.

5- Preserved Olives by Brine

  • Put 1kg black olives inside a jam.
  • Prepare salted water. Add 100gr salt for 1kg olives.
  • Pour salted water until top of olives.
  • On top of olives put a plastic sheet to keep olives under water. Put a stone on plastic sheet to push olives at the bottom of bottle.
  • Close the bottle.
  • Keep it 6-7 months.
  • Serve it.

  • 3 spoons of soft green olives.
  • Add 1 tooth crushed garlic.
  • Add 1 tea spoon of cumin.
  • 1 spoon of olive oil.
  • Add black pepper, salt, and thyme.
  • 3 Crushed walnuts.

  • Serve it on brade.
