- 1 apple (use natural village apple)
- 1 spoon wine vinegar or apple vinegar
- 3 chickpeas
Make Your Own Apple Cider Vinegar
Recipe for homemade organic apple cider vinegar
- Put chickpeas in a jar
- Slice apple into jar
- Add 1 spoon wine vinegar to get different tastes
- If you want, you can add 1 tea spoon honey
- Fill your jar with water until it covers apples
- Use a cloth over the jar that allows breathing
- Keep it away from sun lights
- For 10 days slowly shake it
- At the last of 10 days, you will see small flies on your jar. This means, your apple starts to fermentation process
- Remove cloth and close the jar with its cover
- At least, keep it for 1 month in room temperature without sunlight. Don't move it. Everyday, it will be tasteful.
- You will see a protective layer on vinegar. It is mother of apple cider vinegar. Everyday it will be thicker.
- Before use vinegar remove mother and apples. You can use mother to make apple cider vinegar again.
How to Make Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother
You will use mother of vinegar insteady of 1 spoon wine vinegar. Apply same process.
Use crashed grapes and juice of grapes insteady of apple. Don't add water. Apply same process.
